Although that mix of influence makes for a very pleasant experience, the album doesn’t bring anything else to the table, and with songs lasting for no less than six minute (apart from the interlude Treizhadenn-noz and the closer Lusenn An Ankou) the lack of differences between the songs can create a sense of déj vu after a few listens.

The group disbanded in 1987, which makes Korong a reunion album of sorts, though Siberil was absent from the sessions due to scheduling conflicts. The band's music is as beautiful as ever, still an entrancing combination of familiar Gaelic elements and the strange, indefinably mysterious flavor of Breton music.
